How long does setup take?+
Most clinics are live the same day. Sign up, add your treatments/hotels, build your form, and share your link.
Do I need any technical skills?+
No. Everything — the form, hotels, pricing, emails — is managed from a simple dashboard.
What languages are supported?+
English, Polish, Turkish and Russian out of the box, with more on the way. Patients pick their language on your form.
Payments & billing
How do patient payments work?+
You connect your own Stripe/PayPal. Deposits and cancellation fees go directly to you — Bookior never touches that money.
How am I billed for Bookior?+
A simple monthly or yearly subscription based on your plan. Start with a free trial.
Privacy & security
Where is patient data stored?+
In the EU, with encrypted private file storage and signed, expiring download links.
Are you GDPR / KVKK compliant?+
Yes — consent capture, append-only audit logs, and one-click data export or erasure on request.
Can other clinics see my data?+
Never. Each clinic is fully isolated at the database level.
