Privacy policy
This page explains how Yourette Dental Clinic stores and processes your personal data when you book a visit. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
Who is responsible for your data
Yourette Dental Clinic is the data controller for the information you provide through this booking system. You can reach us using the contact details shown on this website.
What we collect
Identity and contact details (name, email, phone number, date of birth), your passport number (needed to coordinate treatment and travel), travel details (flight times, airline reference, hotel choice or location), health-related documents you upload (such as treatment plans), and the names of companions travelling with you.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We process this data solely to organise your treatment and your trip: scheduling your visit, arranging your hotel and airport transfer, and contacting you about your booking. The legal basis is your explicit consent (GDPR Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a); KVKK explicit consent), which you give when ticking the consent box on the booking form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where your data lives
All data is stored within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Uploaded documents are kept in private storage that is never publicly accessible — they can only be opened through personal, expiring links. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Who can see it
Only authorised clinic staff, under role-based permissions — and every time a staff member opens one of your documents, it is recorded in a permanent log. We never sell or share your data for marketing. Our technical service providers (EU-hosted database and website hosting, and our email delivery service) process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to manage your treatment relationship with the clinic, plus any retention period required by law. You may ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and receive a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority or to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK). To exercise any of these rights, simply contact the clinic — we will respond promptly.
